Is dd-WRT on your router?

What is dd-WRT you may ask? dd-WRT is a router operating system. I put the dd-WRT on my dads old Linksys wrt54g version 2. Warning this can turn your router into a brick. So be careful. I found this program from a magazine which I bought on my way to Florida. So the next morning I came out of my room from my families rented town house where we stayed and I saw my dad looking at this article on how to boost your wifi. As I was reading the article my dad says that I should try to do this with his old router. I thought that it was a pretty cool idea for a project to do when I got home. I found it pretty easy to deal with a few problems and there were only 2 problems. Pictures will be coming up soon for this post, as I have to take some screenshots of this in a few hours.

To go to the wiki go here. The supported routers are on the wiki. Also another warning is that if you put this os on your router it may overheat, and will void your warranty on your router.
